Carla Peak
With more than two decades of industry experience, Carla is responsible for the design and implementation of legal notification programs and plain language legal notice documents. Her legal notification programs effectively reach class members and her notice Carla Peak Vice President, Legal Notification Services at Verita Global (f/k/a/ KCC LLC).

Her expertise includes all aspects media research, planning, and buying, as well as the design and production of a variety of individual, digital, published and broadcast notices. Carla’s notice plans satisfy due process requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws. Her notices satisfy the plain language requirements of Rule 23 and adhere to the guidelines set forth in the Manual for Complex Litigation, Fourth and by the Federal Judicial Center (FJC), as well as applicable state laws.
She has successfully provided notice in both U.S. and international markets, including communications in more than 35 languages. Carla has presented on and written numerous articles about class notification programs, the design of effective notice documents as well as industry trends and innovations. She is also a certified professional in Social Media Marketing, Digital Fundamentals, Digital Sales, and Google Ads Fundamentals. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from West Chester University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Temple University.
