Dr. Dante Quaglione is a Managing Director in BRG’s London office. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from New York University and has worked as an economic and policy expert, as well as advisor, for over twenty-five years, primarily as a senior professional with leading global expert-based consultancies. His expertise spans a broad realm of applied economics and economic modeling. As an expert, the main focus of Dr. Quaglione’s activity involves counterfactual analysis and damages quantification, in individual and class actions proceedings and, in particular, on the econometrics of class certification. Dr. Quaglione has extensive experience in giving evidence, having been appointed as an expert on regulatory, competition, IP, civil, and criminal matters. He has been also involved in proceedings adopting a concurrent evidence format (colloquially known as “hot tubbing”).
