Koen Rutten specialises in company-law disputes and liability proceedings. In class actions or bundled claims, he acts on the plaintiff side.

Koen handles securities claims and was involved in the Fortis settlement and the Steinhoff settlement. He is currently handing securities cases against ING Group.

He also handles consumer claims and toxic tort claims. Finally, he is one of the founders the Dutch Class Action Association VVMA and chairs this association. 18 months ago, Koen started his own litigation boutique: Finch Dispute Resolution.
