Geert Germain René  LENSSENS  is  an attorney- at-law and partner in the law firm SQ  located in the central district of Brussels – Belgium. He is member of the Brussels Bar. He is widely considered to be one  of the top litigators in Belgium.  As a seasoned lawyer he has a + 30-year career in national and international litigation combined with expertise as a Deputy Judge (Commercial Court ) and as a business arbitrator and mediator. This experience results in an exceptional strategic view on legal matters and in a long track record of court victories and settlements.  He has been involved in national and international high profile cases relating to financial disputes including white collar crime and bank fraud, tort cases including environmental disputes with chemical industries , contractual  cases including  insurance and construction  disputes and complex litigation in general including class- and mass actions such as VOLKSWAGEN , ARCO and PFAS – 3M. He participated in various high profile out of court settlements such as the FORTIS case and the SWISS LIFE  case.
