Dr. Leslie Schafer is a Managing Director at EconOne Research, Inc. She is a testifying economic expert about liability and damages for litigation and consulting projects concerning antitrust, health care reimbursement, pharmaceuticals, medical monitoring costs for mass torts, and other commercial disputes. Dr. Schafer’s answers to questions are deeply rooted in proven analytical methods such as economic theory, probability and statistics, and econometric analysis.

Dr. Schafer has testified in U.S. District Court; Louisiana, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Texas State Courts; and has been deposed in numerous federal and state matters. She has also spoken at conferences, on webinars, and for continuing education about healthcare class action antitrust, intellectual property damages, and working with experts for the American Antitrust Institute, the American Bar Association, Perfect Law, the State Bar of California, the LA County Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, NITA, Bridgeport Continuing Education, and the Daily Journal’s Patent Disputes Forum.
