Her leadership in high-stakes litigation extends to consumer privacy and environmental cases, including against prominent chemical companies—3M, DuPont, Chemours, and Corteva where she played an integral role in achieving an estimated $13.7 billion in settlements to remediate PFAS contamination in U.S. drinking water.

Widely regarded as a leader in class action litigation in the United States, Elizabeth was included in the inaugural Forbes Top 200 Lawyers list in 2024, has earned consistent recognition in Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Lawyers in America, and was named a Midwest Trailblazer by The American Lawyer.
