Elizabeth Fegan Headshot

Elizabeth Fegan has been a relentless advocate for victims of consumer fraud, antitrust violations, and corporate misconduct for nearly three decades. She has successfully led numerous class actions, recovering more than $15 billion for her clients in the United States.

Since co-founding FeganScott in 2019, Elizabeth has focused on holding corporations accountable for deceptive practices that harm competition, as well as consumers, businesses, and public entities. She has taken on major industry players in antitrust litigation, including the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), pharmaceutical manufacturers, the automotive industry, propane gas producers, school lunch suppliers, multiple food producers (sugar, potatoes, chicken, pork), and dominant high-end children’s product manufacturers and retailers. Her leadership in high-stakes litigation extends to consumer privacy and environmental cases, including against prominent chemical companies—3M, DuPont, Chemours, and Corteva where she played an integral role in achieving an estimated $13.7 billion in settlements to remediate PFAS contamination in U.S. drinking water.

Widely regarded as a leader in class action litigation in the United States, Elizabeth was included in the inaugural Forbes Top 200 Lawyers list in 2024, has earned consistent recognition in Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Lawyers in America, and was named a Midwest Trailblazer by The American Lawyer. FeganScott was also named Consumer Protection Law Firm of the Year in the United States by The National Law Journal at its 2023 Elite Trial Lawyers Awards.
