FABIO DE DOMINICIS
Attorney specializing in class actions, founder of De Dominicis Law Firm, and of counsel at Bonafede Law Firm, whose managing partner, Avv. Bonafede, reformed the Italian class action framework through Law No. 31/2019, incorporating it into the Italian Code of Civil Procedure during his tenure as Minister of Justice.
Co-founder of the “Azione di Classe” association (2017) and a key promoter of the Class Action and Regulation Observatory (OsCAR), established in 2024, Fabio De Dominicis is recognized as one of Italy’s leading experts in class actions.
He was among the first Italian attorneys to collaborate with international litigation funding firms since 2017.
Ph.D. in Comparative Law from the University of Florence, he has been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences on class actions and has authored several articles in legal journals. Additionally, he has edited collective volumes on class action regulation.

He has provided legal assistance in some of the most significant collective litigation cases in Europe, including:Truck Manufacturers Cartel;Takata Airbag Scandal.
His practice also includes providing ongoing legal advice to litigation funders and foreign law firms on the feasibility of class actions in Italy.
An expert in data protection, he assists companies in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), transforming regulatory obligations into strategic advantages through the implementation of functional privacy compliance models tailored to business needs.
In the field of sports law, since 2024, he has been appointed by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) as one of the five arbitrators representing football clubs in disputes before the Serie B Women’s Division, upon designation by the Italian Footballers’ Association (AIC).
