Giacomo Lorenzo is currently Head of Italy and Senior Legal Counsel at Deminor, a leading international litigation funder. With a particular focus on the Italian market, Giacomo actively contributes to sourcing and managing a wide range of cases involving collective actions, commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property disputes, antitrust litigation, corporate law, and post-M&A disputes. Before joining Deminor, he worked as lawyer with the litigation and arbitration department of the leading Italian law firm, Gianni & Origoni. Giacomo holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Lausanne, with a specialization in International Business Disputes, where he now lectures as an external faculty member in the “Arbitration Finance” course within the same LL.M. program.
