Guy is a partner at Pogust Goodhead and the Vice President of the Collective Redress Lawyers Association (CORLA) based in London.

Guy has brought several of the largest collective redress proceedings in the English High Court, acting for many thousands of English claimants in the process. He is currently acting for clients on the multi-billion pound Fundao dam collapse, which is the UK’s largest opt-in group litigation by class size. Guy has over a decade of experience in high-value commercial litigation and civil fraud cases, including successfully litigating cases in the Commercial Court, Chancery Court, Court of appeal and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Guy is a solicitor-advocate with rights of audience in the Higher Courts of England and Wales. He started his career at international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where he trained and practiced as a solicitor for over a decade before spending three years at specialist litigation and arbitration firm Signature Litigation LLP and as a partner at Keller Postman UK.
