HARRIS POGUST

Harris Pogust

Harris Pogust has spent his career representing people who have been injured not only by the negligence of others but also by the greed and intentional actions of large corporations across the United States. His work has seen him come up against software companies, manufacturing companies, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as the federal government.

For over thirty years, Harris has been litigating, bringing to trial, and settling claims on behalf of his injured clients. He has over thirty-five years of experience working as lead counsel in class action suits, state court mass tort programs, and federal multidistrict litigations programs.

Harris is regularly quoted by national publications, has testified twice before the United States Senate, is a guest lecturer at conferences across the country, and has served as lead counsel in numerous landmark class action litigations.

In 2024, after visiting Ghana and being outrageously moved by the extreme poverty and lack of educational opportunities for the children, he decided it was time to give back and, using his own funds, built a 3-classroom schoolhouse complete with computers, new books and desks, sports fields, and a science wing. He then decided it was time to take it a step further and created a non-profit called Trial Lawyers for A Better Tomorrow, the goal of which is to raise money through the trial lawyer communities across the world to increase the educational opportunities for children in impoverished communities. He currently spends a significant portion of his time paying it forward.
