James Thomson is the founder of Mediatasks, a specialist marketing agency serving Class Action law firms across the UK and North America via its flagship LeadPartners Marketing Programme. With over two decades in software and digital marketing, James is known for creating systems that don’t just generate leads—they engineer leverage.

After founding his first software company in 2003, James launched Mediatasks in 2012. In 2023, he was invited by a leading Class Action firm to bring his growth infrastructure into the sector—a move that’s since redefined how firms scale, engage claimants and build momentum.

In the past 12 months, James and his team have:

• Launched the Claimant Rescue Wizard, a proprietary AI re-engagement tool that recovered 31% of lost Diesel NOx claimants, producing a 2606% ROI;
• Expanded their GrowthEngine platform—originally launched years prior—with dedicated iOS and Android apps, making it the first native CRM app built specifically for Class Action law firms;

A husband and father of four—including a set of twins—James protects his weekends for family, fresh air, and the occasional basketball game with his son.
