James Wright is a Director in the CMA’s Legal Service with particular experience in antitrust enforcement. He worked on the CMA’s investigations and subsequent CAT appeals in hydrocortisone (excessive/unfair pricing and anti-competitive agreements) and liothyronine (excessive/unfair pricing). He also led legal input on the CMA’s road fuels market study and is currently involved in preparations for the Digital Markets Unit.
