Miguel Sousa Ferro is Managing Partner at Sousa Ferro & Associados, in Portugal. He is also a Professor at the University of Lisbon Law School, where he lectures courses in EU, Competition and Economic Law. He has a PhD from the University of Lisbon and an LL.M from the College of Europe. His most recent books include “Research Handbook on Competition Law Private Enforcement in the EU” (Edward Elgar), “The EU Antitrust Damages Directive: Transposition in the Member States” (Oxford University Press), and “Market Definition in EU Competition Law” (Edward Elgar).
