Rob Okhuijsen is a claims management, collective redress, group action and dispute resolution expert with 20+ years experience in almost every part of the case, litigation and settlement life cycle. Prior to joining AB Data he worked, amongst others, eight years in Hausfeld as ‘Director of strategy and case development’, co-responsible for the trucks cartel case (230.000 trucks in Dutch litigation from various countries),  bringing toll-claims to the German jurisdiction and the set up of the pending Apple and Google app stores litigation. 

He is the co-author of the Dutch governance code for claimant special purpose vehicles, which was implemented in the 2020 Dutch Wamca class action legislative framework. 

In 2020 he co-founded the Italian claims aggregator Libra Srl., active in origination, funding, book building, client-, claims- and data management. 

In the pending diesels emissions fraud litigation together with www.dieselgate.com he developed a B2B proposition, focusing on corporate fleets/buyers, in collaboration with eight trade associations.
