Ryan J. Clarkson, the founder and managing partner of Clarkson Law Firm, is dedicated to justice for the underserved, underprivileged, and underdog. He has prosecuted consumer class actions, mass actions, and mass arbitrations involving algorithmic bias and addiction, privacy violations, data breaches, defective products, illegal employment practices, competition claims, securities violations, mislabeling of foods, drugs, and cosmetics, and insurance bad faith. 

Ryan recently filed groundbreaking lawsuits against Big Tech and major American health insurance companies for their alleged unlawful creation and commercial deployment of defective and dangerous AI products, aiming to systematically deny people’s privacy, property, and healthcare rights.

Ryan is proficient in multiple languages and admitted to practice in California, Michigan, and New York, as well as numerous federal courts. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Michigan and earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law.

Committed to community service, Ryan serves as a board member (emeritus) for the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities, providing support to the underprivileged and funding children’s education.
