SIR ADAM CONSTABLE
He is a Judge of the High Court of England and Wales, assigned to the King’s Bench Division.
He was appointed in March 2023 following a career as barrister and KC with an international practice in construction and engineering, professional negligence and energy disputes. He is presently one of the two appointed Managing Judges in the Dieselgate litigation proceeding in the High Court, the scale of which has been described by the President of the King’s Bench Division as ‘unprecedented‘ in England and Wales. He has handed down a number of public judgments dealing with the ongoing management of issues, including costs management.
He is editor of Keating on Offshore Construction and Marine Engineering, recently re-published in its third edition.
