Founding Partner, Lindenbaum (Netherland)
Stefan Tuinenga is a founding partner of Lindenbaum. He focuses primarily on international antitrust litigation and collective actions. Stefan has more than fifteen years of antitrust litigation experience and has been involved in many of the leading cases in the Netherlands. He also helped to establish the Fair Trade Authority of Curaçao (FTAC), where he served as a director.
Stefan regularly publishes on private enforcement of (European) competition law and collective redress. He is a founder and board member of the Dutch association for mass claims and collective actions (VEMCA).
