Roberto Lipari is Head of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Italy and Europe at Dentons.

Roberto has extensive experience in complex disputes and mass tort litigation, often with multi-jurisdictional elements. He has particular depth in class and collective actions and has assisted businesses in the energy, consumer, life sciences and technology sectors in managing high-stakes commercial and corporate disputes.

Roberto also acts as counsel to companies and sovereign states in numerous international commercial and investment arbitrations under various procedural rules. He is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the 2024–2027 term.
