Maarten van Luyn leads Omni Bridgeway’s Collective Redress efforts across the EMEA region, focusing on sourcing, assessing, and managing high-value group claims and LegalTech-driven solutions.

A certified business mediator and experienced boardroom advisor and consultant, he brings decades of legal and financial expertise to strategic dispute finance.

Previously, Maarten served as Director Collective Redress EMEA at Omni Bridgeway and held senior roles including General Counsel at Aegon Netherlands and Partner at both Baker & McKenzie and BarentsKrans.

He has advised on complex litigation and transactions in finance, capital markets, and regulated industries.

Maarten holds multiple legal and business degrees, including an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management.
